Refund policy

At SAMIAH LUXE, we understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange.

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. To back our commitment, we offer a 30-day warranty on all items purchased from Samiah Luxe. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you encounter any issues related to the craftsmanship or quality of your product, we will be delighted to assist you in addressing your concerns. 

We are happy to accept orders for return or exchange if your items meet the following criteria:

• Items cannot be used and must be in new condition
• Items must not be washed
• Items must have all original tags attached, including original branded packaging

Please Note :

• Shipping costs are not eligible for refund
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original total for returns

Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects or quality issues and does not include damages resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear. If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact our dedicated customer support team at support@samiahluxe.com, and they will be more than happy to assist you.
